I had the pleasure of working with Sierra with the purchase of an EMG machine. I cannot yet give a review of the product, but the customer service was so very excellent I feel I should review MFI before the product even arrives. Absolutely amazing customer service! They have a price match guarantee and matched the price for a device I needed. They were so helpful through it all and provide frequent updates. The item shipped so much sooner than the anticipated date and I couldn’t be happier!

Please don’t contact this organization! they sell you garbage! I ordered this sterilizer, a week later it broke down! sent a replacement... which also failed after a week! They say the part needs to be changed! Here’s another thing: I’m buying new equipment and will be repairing it, shame! They refuse to return the money! the thieves!!!!
